At Charlotte New York, we're proud to serve customers across the United States with reliable and efficient shipping. Please read below for everything you need to know about how we ship your favorite fashion finds.

1. Where We Ship

We currently deliver to addresses within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

All orders qualify for free standard shipping, with no minimum purchase required.

We do not ship to PO Box addresses or other restricted locations.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed before 7:00 PM (EST), Monday to Friday, will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday) depending on your location.

This results in a total estimated delivery timeframe of:
4–7 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date the order is placed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as public holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and tracking link.

You can monitor your delivery progress directly through our Track Order page.

For larger orders, items may be shipped in multiple packages. If this occurs, additional packages typically arrive within 1–3 business days of the first delivery.

5. Delays & Delivery Support

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to high shipping volumes or external disruptions.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe plus 3 additional business days, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order.

Cancellations are only possible before the order has entered processing or been dispatched. Once processing has begun, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. After delivery, you may refer to our Return Policy for further options.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with your request, include clear photographic evidence of:

  • The item received
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

Without photo evidence, we may not be able to provide a resolution. Each case is reviewed individually to determine the appropriate solution.

8. Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup location, we reserve the right to charge additional return and reshipping costs.
